How do I order through the die loaf webshop?
Enter the "bread shop" via the menu, choose your bread, beware of allergen information, and place your order. simple. (❤️).
Why do you only allow payment via iDeal?
We pay less in processing fees when you use a debit card. This allows us to streamline our payment process and maintain efficient operations as a new business. BUT, do let us know if you prefer credit! We will consider it in the future.
When do orders open, close, and are fulfilled?
📅 Our ordering window opens on Monday at 09:00 and closes on Wednesday at 17:00.
Orders are then fulfilled later the same week for delivery or collection.
Which sourdough loaves are available?
Our current menu features "Rye Mix" and "Rye Mix | honey hazelnut." We are developing other ideas. Fancy something special? Let us know!
How do delivery and collection work?
Collection from a collection point is only possible at the stated place and time offered by Die Loaf and selected by you, the customer.
Home delivery is only available in Den Bosch city, not the wider municipality. die loaf does not deliver to Nuland, Rosmalen, or Vinkel.
Home delivery or collection takes place in the same week as the order.
Does die loaf have a walk-in bakery?
No, die loaf is an online-only webshop and does not have a physical walk-in bakery. All orders are placed through our website for delivery or collection.
Can my order be cancelled or returned?
Since our products are fresh and made to order, cancellations or returns may not be possible after fulfilment. Please contact us immediately if you make a mistake and wish to change or cancel your order.
What allergens are present in each product?
The "Rye Mix" contains wheat and rye.
The "Rye Mix | honey hazelnut" contains wheat, rye, and hazelnut.
Please be aware that all our products are baked in an environment where hazelnuts, other nuts, peanuts, sesame, milk, egg, soy, mustard, celery, and oats may be present. If you have any doubts, it's safer not to order.
Is the bread suitable for people with allergies, coeliac disease, pregnancy related restrictions, or strict dietary needs?

Why are handmade loaves varying in appearance and weight?
Our sourdough loaves are handmade, which means each one is unique. Variations in appearance, shape, size, and weight are a natural characteristic of artisan bread and reflect the handcrafted nature of our products.
Why do products sometimes sell out?
As a small, new business focused on quality, we bake a limited number of loaves each week. This ensures freshness and high standards. Products may sell out quickly, so we recommend placing your order early during the ordering window.
How should I store my bread?
Our sourdough loaves are best enjoyed within 2 days. For longer storage, we recommend slicing the bread and freezing it as soon as possible.
